I was commissioned to perform live art for a music video of the well-established Taiwanese pop-rock band Sodagreen.
Celebrating and live performing their hit song ‘Fever’, at Miloco Studios in London.
The music video project was centered around live performance. Their vision involved the band performing in one area of the studio whilst I engaged in live art simultaneously, creating an art piece based on the sentiments I felt whilst listening to the song.
Uniquely, the specific piece needed to be completed within the length of the 4 minute song, leaving it fully depend on my artistic interpretation of the music to capture the energy and creativity of the group in a visual and dynamic way.
Three A1 paintings were created from three separate takes, and the final painting was used as the cover for the music video.
The video launched in July 2024 and gained over 313K views on YouTube alone in the first week.
